Overall, product works great, wish it was easier to install in joists rather than drywall
The product works exactly as you would expect, and is easy enough to install IF you are perfectly fine installing the tracks into the drywall with the provided drywall anchors. Installing into the wood joists is possible, but requires a little more work (see details below). Other than that, I have no complaints, except that the carriages for the hooks could be made a little quieter if their wheels were made of a softer rubber-like material rather than hard plastic. If like me, you wanted to install the tracks directly into the wood ceiling joists with your own screws, you would initially be delighted to discover that the pre-drilled holes for mounting the tracks are all EXACTLY 16" apart!!! However, you will soon be disappointed when you realize that the tracks are 72" long, which is NOT an even multiple of 16... and as a result, the last holes on the ends are only 4" from the ends of the track... which means, when two tracks are put end-to-end, these holes are 8" apart, not 16". I was lucky that I had a power chop saw (wood blade is fine, just go very slow) which I could use to make very clean cuts and had just enough excess track to be able to cut away 8" on the end of one piece (including the first mounting hole) to get the NEXT hole to be 12" from the end of the track. This way when it pushed up against the other track piece, the holes at the end were a total 16" apart. So in other words, mounting into the joists is doable, you just have to plan to cut 8" off ONE end of EACH TRACK to get them to line up properly. IF THE SELLER/MANUFACTURER IS RADING THIS, PLEASE consider either making the tracks 8" longer, 8" shorter, OR, offsetting the holes so that when 2 tracks are put end to end, their end holes can be 16" apart without having to make any adjustments. DETAILS: I ordered the large 12ft -18ft wide set and got: * 32 hooks * 3 tracks (each 6 ft long) * drywall screws and drywall anchors * a tiny disposable hacksaw. Each track had 5 pre-drilled holes for mounting into the ceiling, each exactly 16" apart, starting 4" in from the end of the track. Outermost holes are 4" from end of track on both sides, requiring an adjustment like the one I described above if you would prefer to mount your track directly into the ceiling joists with your own screws.

Box looked good, track was bent…
The track came in bent even though there was no sign of damage on the box. We watched the USPS driver set it down by our door. This alone kept me from giving 5 stars. However, the rod was surprisingly easy to cut with the included saw. Easy to install. I did have to drill an extra hole through the track to add more support to help it straighten out once installed.
requested reply was swift
I read all the negative reviews before I ordered this product mainly because it was the most sturdy tracks I could find and my drape is going to be 11 feet long (heavy). I was worried there might not be enough hooks coming with it. The track I ordered was for 24 to 30 ft lenth. I got 50 hooks and only needed 48. lucky! But, only two end caps came with it where I needed four. I wrote the supplier and explained that my ceiling track was broken into two sections because there is a beam running smack in the middle of my ceiling. The Company send me two more end caps immediately without charge. I call this excellent service!
Quality Curtain Track
I bought an 18' track for use in a home golf simulator. The track is very sturdy and easily supports both the black netting and the impact screen. (16' x 9') Would buy again. The hand saw that comes with it would eventually get the job done, but a miter saw was much faster.
